Great job to the 3 Parkland students who submitted Vis Arts and Photography works this year!
The Reflections Arts program is a "nationally acclaimed student recognition program to encourage artistic creativity in the classroom and at home". --National PTA
Parkland students can submit artworks inspired by this year's theme "Show Your Voice..." Reflections is a tiered recognition program which means that students can submit their artwork in the category they choose to their local PTA. If selected by their local PTA and submitted to MCCPTA, the artwork will be judged at MCCPTA and, if selected to continue, will move up to Free State PTA (replaced MDPTA), then National PTA.
*Parkland PTSA has chosen to participate in the Visual Arts and Photography categories. If your student would like to submit an artwork in the other categories, please let us know at parklandmmsptsa@gmail.com
El programa Reflections Arts es un "programa de reconocimiento de estudiantes aclamado a nivel nacional para fomentar la creatividad artística en el aula y en el hogar". --PTA Nacional
Los estudiantes de Parkland pueden enviar obras de arte inspiradas en el tema de este año "Show Your Voice..." Reflections es un programa de reconocimiento por niveles, lo que significa que los estudiantes pueden enviar su obra de arte en la categoría que elijan a su PTA local. Si es seleccionado por su PTA local y enviado a MCCPTA, la obra de arte será juzgada en MCCPTA y, si es seleccionada para continuar, pasará a Free State PTA (reemplazado MDPTA), luego a National PTA.

Supporting Parkland NJHS
On October 11,2022, the Parkland Chapter of National Junior Honor Society inducted more than 50+ students with 3.5 or higher GPAs and 20+ SSL hours. The PTSA was proud to support this year's chapter dues.
