MCCPTA Digital Balance Resolution

Proposed by 3 MCCPTA Committees (Curriculum, Health & Wellness and Technology) because of a growing concern regarding students' screen time and a growing shift away from non-digital teaching tools. PTSA members can review and approve, reject, or comment on the resolution as necessary.
Adopted MCCPTA Advocacy Priorities

The Latino Student Achievement Action Group (LSAAG), in partnership with PODER Educators and the MCPS Office of Strategic Initiatives, will hold virtual meetings on Jan. 23 to share information and listen to feedback from Hispanic/Latino students and families about the MCPS Antiracist System Audit Report. Students will meet from 5:30-6:45 p.m.
A parent meeting will be held in Spanish from 7-8:15 pm. Students and parents can register here.
